Intro to Handbuilding – November
Thursday 6:30 PM - 9 PM
Join us for a 4-week class to learn the basics of handbuilding. You will learn foundational techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab building to create your own sculptural and functional pieces.
Each class includes a demonstration and practice time for your own work with assistance as needed. Perfect for complete beginners or anyone wanting to slow down and create with intention.
After completing the course, you’ll have your own finished, functional ceramics to take home and enjoy.
Project may include: mugs & cups, bowls, incense holders, trinket dishes, vases, small sculptures, etc.
Your Class Includes:
• 4 sessions with personal instruction (2.5 hours each)
• Clay, glazes, and all tools needed
• Firing of all your work
• Access to open studio hours
Class begins on the first Thursday of November, 10/6 and meets once a week for 4 consecutive weeks, on the same day and time each session.
